Cebu Mountain Tour

Today we had another tour with the same company/car as yesterday. I was honestly very tired after yesterday, we spent so long in the car after spending so long on the plane, my legs were sore!

First place we visited was called the Temple of Leah. It was built in 2012 as a dedication to a woman called Leah Villa Albino-Adarna that a man obviousy loved very much.

Next stop was a place called Little Kyoto. Very Japanese themed clearly! We didn’t spend a whole lot of time here as I really needed a wee and there’s no public bathroom on site. I was soon learning that good plumbing is a luxury I take for granted back at home!

Next stop on this busy day was at a garden exhibition called Buwakan Ni Alejandra. This was one of the largest and beautiful gardens I have ever seen! Check out these photos:

The final stop on today’s tour adventures was for some food at a place called the Top of Cebu restaurant. Having food amongst the cloud was certainly a new experience for me. I didn’t try much new food yet though, so much the same as back home for now I’m afraid!

We invited the tour driver in to eat with us, apparently that’s not the norm for some reason!

After we got back to Mandaue City, we were dropped at a different place. We had to book in to a hotel for 12 hours to keep our luggage safe as we had to checkout of AirBNB. Tonight we’d get the ferry from Cebu to CDO which I will cover in the next post!
